EUROCLEAN LIMITED WARRANTY Your Euroclean product has been manufactured, tested and inspected in accordance with carefully specific engineering requirements and is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth below. DURATION OF WARRANTY AND TO WHOM EXTENDED This limited warranty shall be as follows as measured from date of purchase by the original purchaser; three years for models UZ 964, UZ 930-HS, GD 930, UZ 932-H, UZ 877, UZ 878, UZ 774, UZ 948, WD 215 and WD 260; two years for models UZ 934, PS 020, PS 030, PS 062, PSX 025, DU 135, EC 12 and ML 2500; one year for models PS 12, PS 16 and EC Powerhead; Mighty Lite -6 months labor, 1 year parts; Caddy Clean 2 years parts and labor; Floor Machines 2 years parts and labor.PARTS OF EUROCLEAN EQUIPMENT NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY Certain parts of Euroclean products are not covered by this limited warranty because they require replacement in the ordinary course of use due to normal wear by reason of their characteristics. These are normal wear items such as cords, gaskets, switches, carbon brushes, bags, hoses, bearings, filters, etc. EXCEPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY Those products which incorporate an electrical motor are required to be used on electric current as indicated on the rating plate. This limited warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to use on electric current other than indicated on the rating plate of the item. This Limited Warranty does not apply to products which have been subject to improper, unreasonable or negligent use, abuse, or the use of parts or accessories not approved by Euroclean. If repair is done on your equipment by anyone other than those designated as authorized to perform such work, Euroclean, at its sole option, may determine that this limited warranty will not apply and the reimbursement for such repair will not be made.PROCEDURE TO BE TAKEN TO OBTAIN PERFORMANCE OF WARRANTY REPAIR To secure repair of the product or any warranted parts under this limited warranty; the following procedure shall be taken. The inoperative product or warranted parts, together with satisfactory evidence of the purchase date, must be delivered, with shipping and delivery charges prepaid, to one of the following:1. The dealer from whom purchased. 2. Any Euroclean distributor's Service department in the U.S. 3. Any Euroclean Authorized Service Station in the U.S. If you are unable to locate any of the foregoing, you may contact Euroclean for instructions before repair service is performed by anyone else. In such event, Euroclean will provide either a location of a closely available Euroclean distributor Service Department or Euroclean Authorized Service Station or other factory instructions. Upon compliance with the above procedure, all warranted defects will be repaired, at no additional charge or charges prepaid. In following the procedures above set forth. PLEASE MAKE CERTAIN to state the Euroclean model and serial number shown on the rating plate of the equipment. REPLACEMENT In the event of a defect, malfunction or failure of your Euroclean product or any warranted part to conform with this Limited Warranty, Euroclean may, at its sole option, and own expense, replace the product or any warranted part with another new identical or reasonable equivalent product or part in lieu of repairing the defect.
Euroclean will not, as a matter of its warranty
policy, refund the customer's purchase price. This Limited LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. |
